DAY 1: Brisbane to Kangaroo Island
Depart Brisbane on your private plane and fly direct to Kangaroo Island. Tonight, meet your fellow travellers at a relaxed welcome dinner.

DAY 2: Kangaroo Island
Today you will explore beautiful Kangaroo Island, home to an array of native wildlife and pristine beaches. Learn about conservation efforts at the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park and visit the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery. Later enjoy a scenic tour of the island, including a guided visit to Seal Bay where a boardwalk leads you into the heart of an Australian sea lion colony.

DAY 3: Kangaroo Island to Port Augusta
After a leisurely breakfast you’ll farewell Kangaroo Island, boarding your private plane and flying along the Spencer Gulf to the tuna-fishing town of Port Augusta. Here, set off on a guided tour, including a visit to the Wadlata Outback Centre to discover more about the history and ecology of this region. A feature is the ‘Tunnel of Time’, which skilfully blends natural history with Indigenous Dreaming stories.

DAY 4: Wilpena Pound
Head to spectacular Wilpena Pound in Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park. You will tour this ancient natural wonder and walk into the amphitheatre-like Pound, watching for native wildlife as you wander among red river gums and native pines that grow throughout this spectacular 800 million-year-old landscape. After a barbeque lunch at Rawnsley Park Station, return to Port Augusta.

DAY 5: Port Augusta to Uluru
Today’s flight to Uluru will be via the ‘scenic route’ with bird’s-eye views of Wilpena Pound, the Marree Man, Lake Eyre, and of course around Uluru itself. After landing, transfer to your luxury resort hotel, and this evening enjoy the incredible sight of the iconic landscape at sunset. Later, a highlight of your trip awaits – the incredible spectacle of the Field of Light illuminations.

DAY 6: Uluru
Rise early this morning for a sunrise base tour of the great monolith of Uluru. Few sights in Australia strike such awe. Later, venture deeper into Kata Tjuta National Park, viewing the intriguing rock domes of Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) and also visiting the Cultural Centre with time to wander through the exhibitions on show to learn more about Anangu culture and the park’s natural environment.

DAY 7: Uluru to Broken Hill to Brisbane
After breakfast, re-board your private aircraft for a flight to Broken Hill. Enjoy a town tour, including a visit to the art gallery of the town’s most famous son, Pro Hart. You’ll have lunch and then a drink at the iconic Palace Hotel, built in 1889 and which featured in the film “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert”. Later, it’s time to hop aboard for your flight back to Brisbane.
