Your first stop is a visit to a local coffee roaster, who gives insight into the coffee industry, roasting process and cup of fresh coffee to start the day. From here you are taken up to the Hinterland, to a private farm that grows unique seasonal produce for high end restaurants. Wandering through the farm taste a range freshly grown vegetables, edible flowers and anything else that may be in season.

Then off to a local boutique Wagyu farmer, to hear about how he raises healthy cattle that he provides solely to a local restaurant, which is also your lunch destination – Brouhaha Brewery. Brouhaha use a range of local suppliers in their restaurant, from honey, mushrooms, eggs, cheese and seafood to name a few. They also send the leftover grains from the brewing process back to the Wagyu farmer to feed the cattle, which in turn they buy back and use ‘nose to tail’ in the brewery kitchen.

Your four course lunch includes fresh seasonal local produce from the farms visited earlier in the day and is expertly paired with a range of beer styles brewed on site. You are joined at lunch by the chef and brewer who share the local stories behind the food and beer.

After lunch make one last stop to take in the beautiful views of the Glass House Mountains, before descending back down the range to the coast.
